We want you to be happy with Levels. Here is how trials and refunds work.
Try before you buy
Levels comes with a 14-day free trial that includes every feature, so you can confirm it works for you on your own Mac before paying anything.
Refunds
If you buy Levels and it is not right for you, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email [email protected] from (or mention) the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
How refunds are processed
Purchases and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within a few business days. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and Levels returns to its trial state.
